Terms of Service
Effective: April 1, 2026. The plain-language ground rules for using TGFast.
1. Acceptance
By using any TGFast proxy server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
TGFast operates a free MTProto proxy fleet for Telegram. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, perfect performance, or availability in any specific country.
3. Acceptable use
You may use TGFast only for lawful Telegram communications. You may not use TGFast to:
- Send spam, automated unsolicited messages, or scaled scraping
- Distribute malware, phishing material, or fraudulent content
- Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report all instances to NCMEC and local authorities
- Plan, coordinate or facilitate violence against persons
- Violate Telegram's own Terms of Service
- Violate the law of your jurisdiction
4. No guarantees
The service is free and best-effort. We may take any server down for maintenance, rotate IPs, change ports, or discontinue the service entirely without notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from service unavailability.
5. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not log traffic content or per-user data.
6. Local laws
You are responsible for ensuring your use of TGFast complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. In some countries the use of proxies or VPNs is restricted. We do not encourage breaking any law.
7. Intellectual property
This website's design, content and code are © TGFast. Telegram and the Telegram logo are trademarks of Telegram FZ-LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. The Inter typeface is licensed from the Inter project.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in our channel @FastTGProxyMT at least 30 days in advance.
