DMCA & Copyright

How to send a copyright notice and how we handle it.

1. Our position

TGFast respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of its users. The TGFast website itself publishes only original editorial content authored by our team or licensed for use here. If you believe any text, image, or asset hosted at tgfast.top infringes a copyright you own, please send a notice using the procedure below and we will respond within 5 business days.

2. About proxy traffic

TGFast operates an MTProto proxy fleet for Telegram. The proxy servers do not store, index, host, or have access to any user-generated content. Telegram messages are end-to-end or client-server encrypted and pass through our infrastructure as opaque encrypted packets. We have no technical ability to read, identify, or remove specific Telegram messages, channels, or files. Copyright complaints about content posted on Telegram itself should be sent to Telegram via https://telegram.org/dmca.

3. Sending a takedown notice for tgfast.top content

Send a written notice to dmca@tgfast.top that includes all of the following (this list mirrors the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works at a single online site are covered).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to permit us to locate it — please include the full URL on tgfast.top.
  4. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. A counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and a consent to jurisdiction.

5. Repeat infringers

tgfast.top has no user accounts and accepts no user-uploaded content, so there is no "repeat infringer" account-termination scenario. Any repeated valid notices about the same hosted asset will result in permanent removal of that asset.
