Cookie Policy
Effective: April 1, 2026. Exactly what we store on your device today and what we will disclose if that ever changes.
1. Summary
TGFast uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers, and no fingerprinting. This page exists so you (and any compliance reviewer) can verify that for yourself.
2. What we store on your device
We use two browser localStorage entries — these are technically not HTTP cookies, but we describe them here for full transparency:
tgfast-theme— remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Value:"light"or"dark". Never sent to our servers.tgfast-channel-nudge— remembers that you dismissed the "Join our Telegram channel" prompt so we don't show it again. Value: a timestamp. Never sent to our servers.
3. What we do NOT currently use
- No analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Matomo, Mixpanel, etc.)
- No social retargeting pixels (no Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.)
- No browser fingerprinting
- No first-party or third-party HTTP cookies
- No external font loaders (no Google Fonts) — your IP is never shared with a font CDN
4. Future advertising
TGFast is a free service. To keep the proxy fleet sustainable, we may introduce non-intrusive display advertising on the marketing pages of this website (never on the proxy traffic itself, which remains end-to-end). If we do, the ad network will set its own cookies on your browser to perform frequency capping, attribution, and (depending on the network and your jurisdiction) personalised ad selection.
If and when this happens, we will:
- Update this Cookie Policy to list the exact ad partner(s), the cookies they set, their stated purpose, and the partner's own privacy policy.
- Show a consent banner in regions that require one (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, California) so you can accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies before any ad cookie is set.
- Honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of "sale/share" of personal information under CPRA.
- Post the change in @FastTGProxyMT with at least 30 days' notice.
The proxy traffic itself will never carry advertising or tracking — that is a hard line.
5. Server-side logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web access logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, HTTP status) for 7 days for abuse prevention. These are not associated with any user account because there are no accounts. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
6. Your choices
You can clear our two localStorage entries any time by:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Site Settings → tgfast.top → Clear data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → tgfast.top → Remove
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → tgfast.top → Remove
Clearing them only resets your theme preference and re-enables the channel-join prompt. The site continues to work normally.
7. Future changes
Beyond the advertising scenario described in §4, if we ever start using cookies for any other reason we will update this page and post a notice in @FastTGProxyMT at least 30 days in advance.
