TGFast is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Telegram FZ-LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., or the Telegram Group. "Telegram" and the Telegram paper-plane logo are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced here only for descriptive interoperability purposes.

7. Security expectations
An MTProto proxy obscures the destination of your Telegram traffic from passive network observers, but it is not a complete anonymity tool. It does not anonymise other apps on your device, does not protect against malware, and does not replace strong device-level security practices (lock screen, app updates, two-step verification, etc.). Treat TGFast as one privacy layer among several, not a silver bullet.
